1. Avoid touching face

2. Consume a balanced and healthy diet
In fresh fruits and vegetables, there are a lot of vitamins which help to boost your child’s immune system. Mothers should look for foods rich in vitamin C (broccoli, strawberries, and oranges) and vitamin D (tuna, fortified milk, and cereals). In addition, eating yogurt with active beneficial bacterias (probiotics) can also help to build defenses.
3. Get the flu vaccine
Although vaccine completely cannot treat the flu, it helps to prevent children from getting sick and to shorten the duration of kid’s ill
But if your baby has some flu symptoms, you have to immediately callthe doctor. This is especially important, as antiviral medications are the most effective during the first 2 days of illness.
